Invites You To
Provide comfort to women receiving treatment for breast cancer at Hampton University Proton Cancer Institute
(formerly known as HUPTI). In preparation for our 35th AKAVersary celebration, during homecoming weekend, our line will prepare 50 care bags and notes of hope (no limit) for women receiving treatment at the center.
The Sisterly Service Committee is open to all Line Sisters. Friday, during our welcome gathering, we will invite, all present, to write a note of hope. The notes will be a simple message of encouragement to comfort a woman receiving treatment at the HU Proton Cancer Institute. All sorors are encouraged to participate or just join us as we deliver a toast and prayer of good health to our line during the welcome gathering on Friday!
Above and Beyond! All sorors of Gamma Theta will be invited, later this summer, to join us by purchasing a blanket of comfort, to cover the women who receive treatment at the center, (not required if purchasing an item for the care bags).
